Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients across New Jersey. You’ll spend your days in session, guiding adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life changes using clear, practical, and evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled video sessions for adults, couples, and families.
• Complete intake assessments and create initial treatment plans.
• Set collaborative, realistic goals and review progress regularly with clients.
• Enter notes, assessments, and updates into the EHR within required timelines.
• Use a blend of therapeutic modalities that match client needs and preferences.
• Refer and coordinate with other providers when additional support is needed.

• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field.
• Active New Jersey license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong communication skills and reliability with scheduling and follow-through.

• Salary range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
