Job Summary
We’re hiring licensed therapists across Washington to provide virtual mental health care. This role gives you the flexibility to work from home while still making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. As part of our telehealth team, you’ll deliver evidence-based therapy, support client progress, and collaborate with other professionals—all within a structured weekday schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Annual Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions for adults, couples, and families
• Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Track client progress and adjust strategies when needed
• Collaborate virtually with care teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with standards

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Washington license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and online documentation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
