Job Summary
We’re hiring licensed therapists in Tennessee to provide virtual counseling services. In this role, you’ll meet with clients remotely, helping them work through stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home with the structure of a Monday-to-Friday schedule, all while making a meaningful impact statewide.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with adults, couples, and families
• Develop and monitor client treatment plans
• Adjust approaches as progress is made
• Document sessions in line with state requirements
• Collaborate virtually with care teams

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Tennessee license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Skilled in remote care delivery
