Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year + benefits 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to clients across California. As part of our growing telehealth team, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while making a real impact on the mental well-being of individuals, couples, and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver virtual counseling and therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Coordinate with care teams and participate in case consultations
• Stay compliant with California laws and continuing education requirements

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment
