Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling sessions to individuals, families, or groups
• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license in Minnesota
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Experience or comfort with telehealth platforms
