Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | California | Full-Time

We are hiring an LPCC to provide mental health and substance use disorder care via telehealth. Help improve patient outcomes by making therapy more accessible and technology driven.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed Psychosocial Assessments and prepare clinical summaries.
• Develop customized treatment plans with clear goals.
• Keep detailed records of patient progress.
• Adjust interventions to ensure effective care delivery.
• Work closely with colleagues, clients, and other healthcare professionals.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LPCC license in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
