Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | California | Full-Time

Expand access to care through telehealth. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is needed to provide virtual mental health and substance use disorder support. Work remotely while delivering high-quality therapy in a technology-driven environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Build strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LPCC license in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
