Location: Las Cruces, NM
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Join a virtual outpatient team serving clients across New Mexico. You’ll provide assessment, ongoing therapy, and treatment planning through secure online platforms, supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth intakes and diagnostic assessments
• Provide recurring virtual therapy sessions
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Complete documentation accurately and on time in the EMR
• Participate in regular online team and clinical meetings

• Active New Mexico license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with adult and/or teen populations preferred
• Comfortable operating fully in a telehealth environment
