Location: Janesville, WI
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy sessions by video to Wisconsin clients. You’ll work within a clear weekly schedule and contribute to a team that values strong documentation and thoughtful care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and care plans
• Maintain timely EMR notes and clinical updates
• Participate in case review meetings and trainings
• Support quality review activities when assigned
• Coordinate care or referrals when clinically appropriate

• Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Clinical therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with remote-only work
