Location: Noblesville, IN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to Indiana clients through structured sessions and clear treatment planning. This role prioritizes steady clinical work and strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions remotely
• Conduct intakes, diagnostic impressions, and treatment planning
• Write timely notes and maintain accurate EMR records
• Collaborate on care coordination and case review
• Participate in clinical meetings and trainings
• Assist with clinical guidance tasks when assigned (consults, quality checks, team support)

• Active Indiana license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program
• Therapy experience preferred
• Reliable remote setup and comfort with telehealth tools
