Location: Trenton, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

ob Summary
Support New Jersey clients through video-based therapy. You’ll complete assessments, guide treatment, and keep documentation clean and timely with a clear weekly structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic notes
• Develop practical treatment plans with trackable goals
• Maintain EMR documentation and follow compliance standards
• Participate in case consults and clinical check-ins
• Support team quality initiatives when assigned (reviews, coaching, case feedback)

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Clinical experience preferred
• Strong writing skills for documentation
