Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to clients throughout Wisconsin. The role includes assessments, therapy sessions, and reliable documentation to support continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and document diagnoses
• Maintain treatment plans and progress notes
• Participate in consults and clinical meetings
• Follow privacy and safety procedures

• Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written documentation skills
