Location: Bayonne, NJ
Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Support New Jersey clients through video-based therapy sessions. You’ll provide consistent care, complete documentation on schedule, and maintain treatment plans that reflect client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and document diagnostic impressions
• Develop treatment plans with clear goals
• Maintain progress notes and updates in the EMR
• Follow safety and escalation protocols

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written documentation skills
