What You Will Do:


As a Sales Agent, you will deliver a consultative, customer-first experience while driving sales success:



  • Connect with Toyota customers via inbound and outbound calls to discuss their insurance needs

  • Review, customize, and present quotes across products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and RV/Boat

  • Clearly articulate coverage options and highlight the value of our insurance solutions

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the best protection strategies

  • Build trust through expert guidance and position yourself as a go-to advisor, and 

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and close-rate performance goals.

Qualifications and Experience:



  • Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required. 

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual capabilities are a plus and enhance your ability to serve our diverse customer base.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 

  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently and is driven to be amongst the top of the sales agent group; must be motivated, driven to sell & possess strong verbal and written communication skills. 



  • Must have great active listening skills and a customer-focused sales approach. 

  • Strong ability to persuade and influence others, overcome objections, close sales. 

  • Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required; prior call center experience preferred.  

  • Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Compensation:


$45K–$49K base per year (Hourly, Non-Exempt) + uncapped commission.



Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:


Remote: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM-8:00 PM CST (candidates located in Texas are strongly preferred)

Work Environment and Physical Demands:



  • We are committed to leveraging technology to enable home-based work.  Qualified candidates will need a dedicated workspace and must meet internet access standards for consideration.

  • This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and other repetitive motions. This position also offers a hybrid work model.

  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends, as dictated by the needs of the business

  • Establish or Dedicate Work area at home, ensuring:

    • No one can see your screens, keyboards, or confidential documents.

    • Area is located where no one can overhear your conversations.

    • Free from potential hazards affecting equipment (e.g., pets, plants, water, etc.)

    • The workspace is not vulnerable to theft.

    • Free from distractions.
