You're as honest and ethical as the day is long.

You have loads of energy and surround yourself with all types of people - in-person or on social media.

You're licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life insurances. Hold on though, if you aren't licensed yet, you just need to be willing to be.

You understand that work is easier – and more fun – working as a team.

You're bi-lingual. But if you're not, that's okay too, we still want to hear from you.

Burgess and Associates, an American Family Insurance agency, is a Minnesota based agency with the ability to serve customers in seven different states...Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, and Arizona. Our primary drive is to protect the dreams of our customers through various insurance products.

We're a family-owned business that believes the loyalty of our customers, and our associates, is the key to our long-term success. We work in a clean, modern office space with freshly decorated walls and new furniture. We believe in celebrating wins as a team, and not just as an owner.

An exceptional work-life balance for our associates is very important to us. Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 - 5:00, and we're closed all major holidays. New hires get two weeks of PTO per year, earned through accruement. Associates also get employee pricing for all of their own insurance needs.
