Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personal coaching sessions to help clients identify and clarify their goals.
• Provide guidance and strategies for overcoming obstacles and challenges in various aspects of life.
• Develop personalized action plans to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Offer support, encouragement, and accountability through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
• Utilize various coaching techniques to enhance client self-awareness and empowerment.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and client progress.
• Organize workshops or group coaching sessions on relevant topics such as goal setting, stress management, and personal development.
