Life Insurance Underwriter

Our client, a respected name within financial services, are seeking home-based life insurance underwriters to join their growing team.

You will be tasked with making sound decisions on underwriting a range of products including life insurance, critical illness, income protection and private medical insurance.

Applications are being sought from experienced underwriters with a minimum of 5 years' mandated underwriting experience.

The role will be to review and assess applications as well as medical and financial evidence for Life and Income Protection polices and approving new business within an agreed authority level. You will be empowered to handle your own caseload as well as supporting team priorities.

This is a remote role, although you may be invited to attend our client's head office for initial induction and for periodic training and meetings.
