No prior automotive or warranty litigation background is required just a solid litigation foundation and a desire to grow.

What You'll Do

• Serve as litigation counsel in matters involving warranty claims and product-related disputes on behalf of major automotive clients.

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations.

• Draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, and discovery documents with a high degree of accuracy.

• Appear in state and federal courts throughout California, arguing motions and participating in mediations and hearings.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and client stakeholders to deliver efficient, strategic outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to become a subject matter expert in warranty litigation.

Who You Are

• You bring at least 2 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with exposure to motion practice, discovery, or trial prep.

• You're licensed to practice in California and in good standing with the Bar.

• You write clean, compelling legal arguments and think several steps ahead of opposing counsel.

• You're comfortable in the courtroom and bring confidence to depositions, hearings, and negotiations.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple cases and shifting priorities without missing a beat.

• You bring a stable employment history, law firm experience, and strong academic credentials.

• Prior experience in warranty, product liability, or auto-related litigation is a bonus but not required.
