We are seeking Pre-Licensed and Licensed therapists for Full and Part-Time Positions.  Mindbodyology (Integrative Mental Health & Wellness) is  a “whole person centered” treatment and focus practice that uses a variety of mind-body based interventions/counseling methods. Perks of Working for MBO--SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME ASSOCIATE THERAPISTS WHO ARE ALMOST READY FOR LICENSURE (HAVE LESS THAN 100 HOURS LEFT OF SUPERVISION), OR ARE ALREADY LICENSED AVAILABLE!!

   Flexible scheduling, WORK 3-4 DAYS A WEEK (BE OFF 3-4 CONSECUTIVE DAYS A WEEK IF DESIRED)!! (Weekends are available, but not required)!

7. Education/CEU reimbursement: $500 to $800 per year

   Burn Out Protection - Full time (considered 28+ client hours per week), Part-time (15-27 client hours per week)


9. 2 OFFICE LOCATIONS: VISTA & SAN MARCOS (NORTH COUNTY SAN DIEGO)

    No Admin, Case Management or Paperwork Required: EHR system and office support available

    Creativity Embraced: Want to blog, vlog and/or facilitate workshops/group therapy? This is welcomed here!

    Clients Provided & Customized Caseload: Clients provided for you based on fit and therapist's skillset/modalities practiced.

    Client Retention Bonus: $500.00 yearly bonus offered

    GET PRIVATE PRACTICE EXPERIENCE, TRANSITION OUT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH/MEDI-CAL BASED POSITIONS.


15. INCREASED HOURLY RATE FOR AMFT WITH LESS THAN 500 HOURS OF SUPERVISION LEFT 

Requirements:

• Must be fully registered as an AMFT, ACSW OR Licensed LMFT/LCSW or Psychologist in the state of California.


• MUST HAVE FULL COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE


• Must be willing to undergo 60-90 day credentialing process prior to working, to join MBO insurance panels (which is covered by MBO) after passing MFT licensure exam or if licensed already undergo this process upon day of hire.


• Must work at least 28 hours per week for full-time status.


• 
  Preferred (not required) - current practice of at least one "holistic" or integrative mental health modality on an intermediate level


• 
  TRAINING PROVIDED (ORIENTATION TO PRIVATE PRACTICE FOR 1ST TIMERS, EHR SYSTEM TRAINING, IN-HOUSE THERAPY METHODS TRAININGS AND GROUP CONSULTS ETC.)


• Must be open to Integrative Mental Health Practices


• Must be coachable, and have humble/open and positive attitude


• Must be willing to work face to face at the San Marcos location at least 2X per week. Can work remotely 1-2 days a week.
