Local Digital Marketer - Taiwan

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Local Digital Marketer to support digital marketing activities in the Taiwan market. The role will be responsible for local campaign planning, execution, content localization and development, paid media management, lead generation, and campaign performance optimization. This role will work closely with the Marketing Lead to translate regional marketing strategies into effective local market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute local digital marketing campaigns based on regional marketing strategy, business objectives, target audience, budget, and campaign timelines.
• Adapt regional campaigns to the Taiwan market based on local customer behavior, market trends, language, culture, and channel dynamics.
• Adapt global English-language materials into culturally appropriate Traditional Chinese content, including technical articles, white papers, case studies, and standards-related content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, application-oriented content for engineers, buyers, and executives in Taiwan's electronics and advanced-technology ecosystem.
• Develop or support promotion through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant local channels.
• Identify appropriate Taiwanese industry publications, newsletters, communities, and digital-media opportunities.
• Support localized website and landing-page content for Taiwan; support SEO and content optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, and other external partners for content and campaign production.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead volume, and ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, channels, and landing pages.
• Provide local market insights, competitor observations, and recommendations to the Marketing Lead.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Market-Specific Requirements

• Native-level Traditional Chinese and strong professional English.
• Demonstrated experience marketing to Taiwanese audiences; strong B2B content writing and localization capability.
• May be based outside Taiwan with native-level Traditional Chinese and recent, substantive Taiwan-market experience; Taiwan-based preferred if scope includes local media relationships or event support.
• Preferred: semiconductors, electronics, PCB/PCBA, advanced packaging, AI, or smart manufacturing sector experience.
