Job Description - Malergeselle / Bauten- und Objektbeschichter (m/w/d)

Operation of airless pumps both in development and on construction sites.
Preparation and follow-up of spray tests to ensure quality.
Material maintenance and inventory management for optimal resource utilization.
Conducting quality controls and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations.
Further development and optimization of work procedures and materials.

Solid construction site experience and the ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Initiative in developing and implementing creative solutions.
Willingness to undertake assembly work and travel within Europe, with a focus on Germany.
High commitment and the ambition to advance to a foreman/supervisor role.
Fluency in German and English.
Class B driver's license, ideally also CE.
