Job Description - Management Analyst with IRS MBI Clearance - Hybrid role in Washington, DC

This job requires IRS MBI clearance, we won't be able to consider applicants who do not have this.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite in Washington, DC anticipated and 2 days/week working from home.

Position Summary:
The Management Analyst will support business analysis and requirements elicitation efforts for IRS data pipeline and data warehousing initiatives. This role serves as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document requirements for at least two (2) IT data pipeline/data warehousing projects.
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops and meetings.
Contribute to project documentation, reports, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements for data pipeline or warehousing projects of comparable size and complexity.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with IRS or federal IT documentation standards is a plus.
