In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a dedicated team of COBRA Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. The position requires overseeing regulatory compliance and data integrity, while also fostering a collaborative team environment. As a leader, you will mentor team members and drive performance metrics to achieve both individual and team goals. This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership with client relationship management in a fully remote setting.
Accountabilities
- Maintain regulatory compliance with COBRA regulations and Direct Billing service.
- Lead, mentor, and train the COBRA team for effective performance.
- Act as the primary liaison for employer groups and resolve escalations.
- Monitor and manage team performance metrics regularly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-level customer service.
- Oversee enrollment and payment processing while ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in leadership roles.
