Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the go-to-market systems stack, including Salesforce and related tools.
- Lead and nurture a cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, and analysts.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams as the primary systems leader.
- Drive delivery of initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead hands-on execution for large programs while establishing scalable processes.
- Implement effective delivery practices, managing priorities and team alignment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business systems or GTM technology roles.
- 3+ years of people management experience with technical teams.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools.
- Proven track record in delivering complex systems initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales and revenue operations workflows.
