Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Manager of EPC Relations to build, manage, and expand our EPC partner network. This relationship-driven role focuses on business development, vendor vetting, contract negotiation, and partner management. Candidates should have solar industry knowledge, an existing EPC network, or the proven ability to cultivate one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, vet, and manage EPC vendors for solar community solar projects
• Gather quotes and manage vendor relationships
• Negotiate contracts and scopes of work
• Attend conferences and site visits (regular travel)
• Stay current on industry trends and EPC capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of vendor management or business development in solar or electrical industries
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with community solar and EPC processes
• Travel flexibility
