POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager of Synergy and Community Marketing will lead integrated marketing, content development, and community engagement initiatives across four interconnected enterprises: Cleanlogic, the Driven by Purpose Podcast, the Inspiration Foundation, and Isaac Shapiro’s personal brand.

This role aligns messaging and marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, expand community engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and advance the shared mission of increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creative, hands-on execution and works independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Cleanlogic: A nationally distributed bath and body accessories brand committed to quality products, accessible packaging, and inclusive employment.
• Driven by Purpose Podcast: A platform sharing inspiring stories of purpose-driven businesses, innovation, and individuals creating positive change.
• Inspiration Foundation: A nonprofit bringing together businesses and communities to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
• Isaac Shapiro's Personal Brand: A thought leadership platform advocating for disability inclusion, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven business.

Together, these enterprises connect products, storytelling, advocacy, and community engagement to amplify their shared mission.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Integrated Marketing & Brand ALignment

• Develop coordinated messaging, campaigns, and content calendars across the four enterprises.
• Identify cross-promotional opportunities that extend audience reach and reinforce a unified mission.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

• Manage social media for the Driven by Purpose Podcast and Isaac Shapiro’s personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; engage with followers and community inquiries.
• Collaborate with Cleanlogic’s social team and create accessible, compelling posts, articles, videos, emails, speeches, and thought-leadership content.

PARTNERSHIPS, PUBLIC RELATIONS & EVENTS

• Build relationships with disability advocates, nonprofits, community leaders, media, and potential corporate partners.
• Collaborate with PR on speaking opportunities, interviews, podcast appearances, and earned-media stories for Isaac Shapiro and the shared mission.
• Plan and support community events, partner gatherings, facility tours, and experiential marketing activities.

PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS

• Track social growth, engagement, earned media, campaign effectiveness, and community impact; present monthly insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage marketing budgets, document effective practices, and independently drive projects from concept through execution.

 Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably including mission-driven, nonprofit, or social-enterprise work.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple brands or platforms; strong writing and storytelling for varied audiences.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; working knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools and basic video production.
• Strong project management, initiative, communication, and ability to manage evolving priorities independently.
• Consumer products, beauty, wellness, or CPG experience preferred; interest in commerce and social impact strongly preferred.

Location & Travel Requirements

This is a remote position requiring extensive travel between Audubon, PA 19403, and New York City. Candidates located within the PA, NJ, and NY tri-state area are preferred due to frequent in-person meetings, events, and business needs.
