Primary Duties:
- Strategy and Performance Operations:
- Assist the Director of Centralized Services within program strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with Aledade’s goals and objectives.
- Serve as interim Market Manager as needed, providing continuity of leadership and operational excellence within local markets.
- Ensure timely and complete implementation of all new program requirements, maintaining strict adherence to Aledade priorities.
- Managing and Leadership:
- Lead and manage assigned staff; assist in new staff training and onboarding to ensure team readiness and effectiveness.
- Set goals for, and review KPIs with, each member of the Flex team; support the professional development and performance of team members.
- Cascade company strategy autonomously and professionally, aligning team strengths to overall goals and objectives.
- Utilize proactive coaching and staffing models, and identify or address areas of opportunity for direct reports; communicate needs and provide resources in a timely manner.
- Serves as a SME on the Flex Program, company Performance Excellence goals, and Aledade resources throughout their work with HQ departments and Markets.
- Aledade Support:
- Provide ongoing thought leadership and constructive feedback to Aledade related to growth, practice satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance Aledade’s success, performance, and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university in healthcare, health technology or information systems-related programs. Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted
- Minimum 6-8+ years of experience with relevant competencies including practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic insight using healthcare analytical skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct management experience, including proven leadership of a team and hands-on responsibility for the professional growth and development of direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to perform project management and account management best practices including project planning, schedule management (activity and resource definition), scope management, quality management, communication management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent computer skills using Excel and willingness to learn additional software applications. Skilled with using data to drive planning and evaluation of success.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
