Accountabilities
- Lead advanced advertising analytics and tooling through scalable models and platforms.
- Own and evolve analytics tooling for campaign planning, pacing, and optimization across various media.
- Drive automation by enabling self-service analytics, reducing manual reporting, and establishing clear SLAs.
- Deliver performance monitoring through predictive and prescriptive analytics, supporting real-time management.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align advertising strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in business analytics with 5+ years in managing analytics teams.
- Advanced expertise in advertising ecosystems and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and numerical rigor.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
