Marketing & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

The company provides voice and communication coaching and training for individuals and organizations, working with both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients. The company has recently gone through a rebrand and is now focused on building its digital presence and generating new business as it enters this next phase of growth.

Role Overview

The company is looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to drive new leads through paid advertising and support brand-building efforts following the company's recent rebrand. The primary focus is running and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences, with a secondary focus on strengthening the company's online presence and local visibility.

Key Responsibilities

•     Plan, set up, and manage paid lead generation campaigns on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads for B2B and B2C audiences

•     Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality and volume

•     Support brand-building efforts and help grow Culture Strategy's online presence, including its Google My Business local listing

•     Review the company website (culturestrategy.io) and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

•     Assist with maintaining and growing presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google My Business, and Instagram

•     Support lead tracking and follow-up using the company's CRM

Skills & Tools

•     Hands-on experience with Google Ads (required)

•     Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (required)

•     Experience with a CRM, ideally HubSpot

•     Comfortable using Calendly

•     Design skills in Canva or similar

•     Familiarity with WordPress websites is a plus

•     Strong written communication and a proactive, strategic approach to marketing
