Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas and strategies.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events and promotional activities.
Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports and analysis.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand image and messaging across all channels.
Maintain and update company website and social media accounts.
Assist in the management of the marketing budget and expenses.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the media industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
