Job Description - Marketing Associate (m/f/d)

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help build the ConnectAd brand. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in event management, branding, and content creation while working in a fast-growing digital advertising environment.

Organizational Skills: Ability to scout, plan, and coordinate events, including sponsorship opportunities.
Creative Thinking: Passion for branding, storytelling, and crafting clear, compelling messages.
Collaboration: Comfortable working with internal teams to ensure consistent communication.
Bachelor degree in Business or a relevant field.

Language Skills: Fluent German and English.

Experience in event planning, content marketing, or brand communication.
Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, or media industries.
Basic understanding of social media, design, or PR strategies.

Event Management: Scout, organize, and attend industry events, ensuring strong brand visibility and exploring sponsorship opportunities.
Brand Building: Help shape and strengthen the ConnectAd brand across all channels.
Messaging & Communication: Package our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and ensure a consistent message internally and externally.
Content Creation: Support the regular production of relevant content for internal and external platforms.
