About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and revenue-driving automation systems.
This is a hands-on role focused on marketing operations, email marketing, CRM automation, lead management, and campaign performance. You’ll play a key role in improving lead quality, increasing conversion rates, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Workflow Management
Build, launch, and optimize automated marketing workflows.
Develop:
Lead nurture campaigns
Drip campaigns
Trigger-based workflows
Lifecycle automation sequences
Design and maintain lead scoring models.
Troubleshoot and optimize workflow logic for accuracy and performance.
Ensure automation systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
Build and execute campaigns using:
HubSpot
Marketo
Pardot (Account Engagement)
ActiveCampaign
Klaviyo
Conduct A/B testing on:
Subject lines
Email copy
Calls-to-action (CTAs)
Ensure campaigns are:
Mobile-responsive
Brand-consistent
Conversion-focused
Monitor deliverability and campaign performance.
CRM & Sales Alignment
Integrate and maintain marketing automation platforms with:
Salesforce
HubSpot CRM
Zoho CRM
Ensure accurate lead routing and handoff processes.
Support marketing-to-sales alignment and lead management workflows.
Track campaign influence throughout the customer journey.
Improve lead quality and conversion performance.
Data Management & Audience Segmentation
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant marketing databases.
Remove duplicates, inactive contacts, and outdated records.
Build advanced audience segments based on:
Industry
Behavior
Persona
Lifecycle stage
Engagement activity
Ensure compliance with:
GDPR
CAN-SPAM
CCPA
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze:
Open rates
Click-through rates (CTR)
Conversion rates

Performance Optimization

Requirements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, including:
HubSpot
Marketo
Pardot (Account Engagement)
ActiveCampaign
Hands-on experience with:
Workflow automation
Lead scoring
Email marketing campaigns
Audience segmentation
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and data management.
Understanding of:
Email deliverability
Marketing operations
CRM workflows
Data privacy regulations
Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have
HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications.
Experience in:
