Job Overview:

Looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive/Associate who is eager to contribute to both brand growth and impact storytelling. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms
• Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Collaborate on the creation of blogs, case studies, videos, and marketing collateral
• Assist with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing strategies
• Track and analyze marketing metrics and performance reports
• Support event planning, webinars, and outreach for client and impact   programs
•  Coordinate with design and tech teams to deliver engaging user   experiences
•  Help maintain brand consistency and communicate the social impact   narrative effectively

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, or similar

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and basic design aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

• Exposure to B2B marketing, consulting services, or impact-focused campaigns
• Familiarity with video editing tools, SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs)
• Interest or background in CSR, ed-tech, or nonprofit marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or content-driven roles
• Creative, organized, and driven by a purpose to contribute to social impact
• A growth mindset with eagerness to experiment and learn
