Accountabilities
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product management, sales, and marketing teams to define strategic goals and measurable success.
- Develop enablement content and marketing assets to empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Translate key research workflows into prioritized use cases and solution narratives.
- Maintain a strategic advantage through insights on industry trends and technologies.
- Influence product roadmaps using customer research and deal feedback.
- Create differentiated messaging and value propositions for various academic stakeholders.
- Inform packaging and pricing constructs aligned to customer needs.
- Shape market models and define target personas.
- Drive customer conversion and expansion within institutions.
- Establish feedback loops between Sales, Product, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS or academic markets.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with a focus on translating technical concepts.
- Proven experience in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales alignment in B2B environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional GTM efforts in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in market segmentation, pricing, and analytics.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics for strategy optimization.
