Bring positive energy to a collaborative, fun team culture.

A solid track record running multi-step projects with many stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clean, visual decks that tell a story with data.
Hands-on experience with Asana or a similar project management tool (boards, tasks, timelines, dependencies, owners).
Advanced Excel skills, including trackers, core formulas, and data organization and reporting.
Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to lead meetings, summarize complex conversations, and write clear follow-ups.
A highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
Skills that will make you stand out
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, especially US pharma.
