We are looking for an individual with strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They must have a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry, current pay rates, and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.
They should also be able to provide insights on candidate/employee-to-business interactions, improve the candidate/employee experience through HR support, and handle candidate/employee complaints and requests.
Successful candidates must be social in their conduct, analytical in their approach, and possess an aptitude for learning. They must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal HR Manager should engage with candidates, maximise their experience, and create strategies to grow and retain both our candidate pipeline and our existing associates.
Your responsibilities will include the following: -
Candidate sourcing from job descriptions to advertising roles and leveraging professional networks.
Streamlining candidate evaluation processes to ensure top talent is identified efficiently.
Facilitating comprehensive interview processes to ensure a thorough assessment of candidate qualifications and fit.
Implementing effective assessment tools to evaluate candidate skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
Crafting comprehensive candidate profiles that provide insightful and detailed evaluations.
Ensuring legal compliance by overseeing and managing necessary documentation.
Coordinating interviewsto align client and candidate schedules and expectations.
Maintaining open lines of communication to effectively manage interactions between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Developing and managing employment documentation.
Enhancing the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Supporting the organisation with improvements in recruiting, testing, and interviewing.
Counselling the internal team and the client on candidate selection.
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
Implementing employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Retain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records of all applicant/candidate interactions.
Cultivating professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Conducting and analysing exit interviews and recommending changes.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing.
1-3 year(s) in a HR role.
Familiar with recruitment software like BambooHR, Zoho Recruit and GoHire.
Experience with Trello for project/task management.
Highly organised and able to multitask.
Self-driven and proactive nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate leadership qualities.
Knowledge of employer branding.
Experience in documentation and process building.
Patient and active listener.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pakistan Time. Timings are subject to change with UK daylight savings by ± 1 hour
Base Salary: 140k - 170k (negotiable) + Additional bonuses for successful placements.
