Marketing Specialist

To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive our mission: “Clean Fuel in Every Ship.” In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and drive customer engagement in the clean maritime fuels industry. 

You will develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence. Your key tasks will include: 

• Develop & Implement Marketing Campaigns – Create and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives – Oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising to optimize online performance.
• Content Creation – Craft compelling website content, blogs, press releases, and marketing materials tailored to the clean fuels and maritime industries.
• Sales & Business Development Collaboration – Work closely with commercial teams to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives.
• Data-Driven Optimization – Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to enhance marketing efforts.
• Event Coordination – Organize trade show participation, sponsorships, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Stakeholder Management – Manage relationships with agencies, external vendors, and industry partners to support marketing initiatives.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for sustainability and innovation. The ideal candidate has: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in shipping, commodities, clean fuels, or B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of clean fuel technologies, LNG, and maritime regulations is a plus.
