Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Remny. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for all properties within the R.E.M Residential portfolio
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target demographics and create targeted marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
• Manage social media channels, create compelling and engaging content, and monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries
• Plan and execute events and community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract potential residents
• Generate and analyze reports on marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
• Monitor and track marketing budget and expenses
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and techniques and provide recommendations for implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on real estate or property management
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Proficient in social media management and analytical tools
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Salary: $89,000-$98,000 per year
