Marketing Specialist for Lithuania

We are Hedepy, a young startup and a leader in holistic mental health support programs for individuals and companies in Central & Eastern Europe. There are currently 50+ of us working remotely from all around Europe, united by our mission to make psychotherapy accessible to everyone in need.

Caro and the Marketing team are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support Hedepy’s marketing activities in Lithuania. This role is essential to advance our marketing efforts and ensure consistent, high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Your main goal will be to manage daily marketing tasks, enhance our tone of voice, and elevate the visibility and appeal of our content to potential customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage social media activities, including translations, implementation, idea generation, and responding to queries (25%)
• Translate & adapt content across various platforms such as web, app, blogs, and emails, Adwords (25%)
• Coordinate influencer campaigns by identifying influencers, managing budgets, and ensuring content aligns with briefs (20%)
• Develop Tiktok channel & manage content creator collaboration (15%)
• Manage SEO optimizations (content improvements, link building) (15%)
  

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Strong copywriting skills
• Strong social media skills (preferably experience in managing accounts on Instagram & Tiktok)
• Project management experience
• The ability to work independently on marketing tasks
• Open-mindedness to feedback
• A background as a marketing student or equivalent experience
• Being able to cooperate on a freelance contract (bendradarbiavimo sutartis)
  

Nice-to-have skills:

• Performance optimization knowledge
• Experience with Meta ads and AdWords
• SEO knowledge
• Experience in managing influencer collaboration
• Skills in Figma, Localazy, Basecamp, Deepl, and ChatGPT

Working Hours:

• Part-time: 4 hours per day / 20hrs per week
