Position: Masonry Estimator

Full time

100% Remote

Up to $8/hr

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation:

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to determine masonry project requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates for masonry materials

1. Project Evaluation:

• Assess project scope and complexity to provide more a more accurate estimate.

1. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of estimates
• Ensure all documentation complies with the company standards and regulations

Qualifications:

1. Skills:

• Strong understanding of masonry techniques and materials.
• Proficient in estimating software (Bluebeam preferably)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
