Job description: Mass Tort Attorney
We are a nationally recognized and award-winning plaintiffs’ law firm based in Los Angeles. Our
growing firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2-5 years litigation
experience to join our mass tort team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in mass tort
and the ability to manage a demanding caseload in a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation includes a competitive base based on experience + discretionary bonus**
Role can be remote/hybrid based on candidate location and experience **
Responsibilities
•Handle all aspects of tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and
trial preparation.
•Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex mass tort cases.
•Conduct depositions, hearings, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
•Manage client communications and ensure compliance with Case Management Orders
(CMOs).
•Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and experts to develop and execute case
strategies.

Qualifications
•J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
•2-5 years of litigation experience, including proven work in mass tort cases .
•Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
•Ability to manage a heavy caseload with precision and efficiency.
•Team-oriented with excellent organizational and client-relations skills.
