Accountabilities
- Build and manage provider schedule templates.
- Manage scheduling application setup, including creation and updates of templates.
- Monitor cancellations of physician clinic schedules and coordinate with scheduling providers.
- Ensure efficient rescheduling of patients and perform quality checks on facility schedules.
- Develop reports on patient volumes to aid department leadership in decision-making.
- Handle requests from various communication channels in a timely manner.
- Communicate issues to management and participate in corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to lower-level schedulers.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- General knowledge of office procedures and operations.
