You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure every media opportunity supports iconic brand positioning, elevates our message, and attracts premium clientele.

This role isn’t just about booking appearances.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll work directly with Kathryn (and select clients) to take ownership of:

1. Inbound & Outbound Media Management

● Monitor and respond to media, speaking, and podcast opportunities through platforms like HARO, SpeakerHub, and PodcastGuests
● Evaluate alignment with luxury market positioning and prioritize based on strategic value
● Draft tailored, brand-aligned responses that stand out from the noise
● Follow up, build rapport, and convert leads into confirmed appearances

2. Proactive Opportunity Sourcing

● Identify high-leverage media opportunities aligned with Iconic Empire’s brand values and target audience
● Research top-tier podcasts, events, and publications for placement potential
● Craft sophisticated pitches that communicate Kathryn’s authority and value

3. Client Booking Coordination

● Manage speaking and media opportunities for qualified clients
● Coordinate logistics, deadlines, and deliverables for client visibility campaigns
● Serve as liaison between the client and media/booker with professionalism and poise

4. Authority & Brand Alignment

● Ensure all placements and appearances reinforce Kathryn’s position as the global expert in luxury business strategy
● Maintain on-brand messaging in every pitch, appearance, and correspondence
● Keep a pulse on emerging platforms that align with iconic positioning

5. Relationship Management

● Build and nurture relationships with podcast hosts, bookers, media editors, and event organizers
● Create systems to track, manage, and sustain long-term visibility partnerships
