Job Description - Remote Media Buyer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about scaling campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and other paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in media buying or paid advertising.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, data dashboards, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
