Current Medical Oncologist there works 2 weeks on site and then 1 week tele-health following the 2 weeks on site. Needs a provider that can be on-site the weeks this provider is not at the facility. They are willing to take a provider that wants 3 weeks and has 1 week overlapping with current provider. | ||
Credentialing Timeframe: | Typically 30-45 days | ||
Work Schedule: | Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm - Friday is 8-1pm (NO CALL / NO WEEKENDS) 30min-1hr lunch depending on how busy day is. | ||
Patient Volume: | 10 PPD | ||
Procedures: | Basic Med Onc - Chemotherapy, Hormonal Therapy, Immunotherapy | ||
EMR: | EPIC - MUST | ||
License Needed: | Must have MT license or IMLC | ||
Certifications Needed: | BC/BE Required | ||
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: | Have handled all chemo, hormonal, and immunotherapy patients in the past

Other additional pertinent information: | Strongly would prefer to see providers with Rural Health experience | ||
