Job Description - Meeting & Events Manager NORAM

We are Meetingselect, a fast-growing international company with our HQ in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Our mission is to provide to our customers with the best experience when booking venues and additional services for their meetings, events, workshops, and training sessions!

As Meeting & Events Manager NORAM you will be responsible for:
✔️ Managing a list of customer requests
✔️ Monitoring and handling questions and requests for customers accurately
✔️ Shared responsibility for incoming and outgoing phone calls and mails, together with the whole international team
✔️ Switching easily between several stakeholders (Customer-Venue-Meetingselect)
✔️ Maintaining and optimizing industry knowledge through attending(international) fairs/shows and through good contact with local markets
✔️ Attending venue presentations, at the venue or online
✔️ Contacting venues and providing them with the necessary information about Meetingselect
✔️ Contracting new venues and onboarding them on the Meetingselect platform
✔️ Carrying out requests from sales support and/or sales team

What do you bring?

⭐You have a bachelor degree in a related field
⭐ You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
⭐ You are fluent in English
⭐ You live in the US preferably in San Francisco
⭐ You have good communication & negotiation skills
⭐ You are efficient, pro-active and can work both independently and in a team
⭐ You take ownership and responsibility
⭐ You are working from home
