Responsibilities
Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions grounded in Christian values.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs.
Facilitate group therapy and support sessions, providing a safe space for sharing and healing.
Provide telehealth services to clients, ensuring convenience and accessibility in therapy.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills.
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals within the center to foster a holistic approach to therapy.
Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and services offered by The Peacemaker Center.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as a professional counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist in Pennsylvania.
Strong understanding of Christian principles and their application in counseling settings.
Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
Commitment to ongoing professional and personal development in the field of mental health.
