Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – New York

Position Summary
We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide virtual therapy to individuals and families across New York. This full-time position allows you to deliver client-centered care from home while collaborating with a supportive team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000
• Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Facilitate secure telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with other providers to support client progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Participate in training to stay current with best practices

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active New York license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• At least 2 years of therapy experience
• Specialization in trauma, family counseling, or substance use a plus
• Strong communication and telehealth skills
