About the Role
Join our telehealth team as a Licensed Therapist serving clients across New York. You’ll provide virtual counseling, create individualized plans, and guide clients toward improved emotional health—all while working from home.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions online for adults, couples, and families
• Establish and update treatment goals for clients
• Work with care teams to ensure holistic support
• Document client care according to state standards
• Stay engaged in professional learning opportunities

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Licensed in New York (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• At least two years of experience in counseling
• Knowledge of trauma or substance use treatment preferred
• Strong ability to connect with clients remotely
