Job Summary

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our team! As a Mental Health Counselor, you will assist adolescents and young adults with state mandated skills trainings. You will help the clients as well as the families handle the mental and/or emotional state of the client. You will be responsible for progress not 24-48 hours of the visit with the clients. The ideal candidate is compassionate, works well by themselves and a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve the weekly required hours mandated by the state and MCO.

Be able to visit the clients in person.

Complete required trainings in a timely period.

Maintain excellent records of patient information.

Be available for crisis situations.

Have your own personal laptop to work.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

The ability to work well adolescents and young adults

Positive, compassionate attitude helpful

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
